Sometimes you may need some professional help with your Google services and this may include the 'Google My Business' listing. If you provide your Google login to a third party (eg an IT person or web developer like us), it may be problematic because Google’s security is pretty tight and it will not recognise the device that we are trying to login from.

If you add your business address location to your Google My Business listing you may need to verify with Google that this is actually your legitimate business location. To do this, Google will send you a 'post card' and your listing will remain on hold until you receive your post card and enter the 7 digit code that is sent to that business address.
